(A) The City Council hereby creates the post of City Distilled Spirits and Malt Beverage Administrator.
(B) The duties of the Distilled Spirits and Malt Beverage Administrator shall be to see that all applications and licensees conform to the duties, obligations, and qualifications imposed upon them by Kentucky Revised Statutes.
(C) The fee for the services of the City Distilled Spirits and Malt Beverages Administrator is fixed at one hundred dollars ($100) per annum.
