§ 112.08 STANDARDS FOR REVOCATION.
   A license granted under this chapter may be revoked for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Any fraud or misrepresentation contained in the license application;
   (B)   Any fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made in connection with the business being conducted under the license;
   (C)   Any violation of this chapter, other city ordinances, state or federal law;
   (D)   Conviction of the licensee, including all persons who are peddling or soliciting on behalf of licensee, of any felony offense, or of any misdemeanor offense involving fraud, violence, theft or a sex-related offense specified in state or federal law; or
   (E)   Conducting the business licensed in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a menace or threat to the health, safety, or general welfare of the public.
