§ 95.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "DWELLING UNIT." A one-family residence, the premises of which a family of one or more reside; and, in the case of apartment buildings, each apartment shall be considered a separate dwelling unit.
