§ 92.07 CUTTING WEEDS DURING SUMMER MONTHS.
   (A)   The owners, users, or occupiers of lots located within residential zones of the city shall cause the grass, weeds and other vegetation growing on same to be cut and maintained. The lots shall be cut one time each and every month each year beginning with the month of April and ending in the month of September.
   (B)   Any owners, users, or occupiers who fail or refuse to cut their real property by the dates set forth in division (A) above shall be subject to a fine of $25 and in addition shall reimburse the city its cost of cutting the lots or areas subject to a minimum of $25.
