(A) The speed limit for all publicly dedicated streets within the corporate limits of the city, and other public ways, not designated federal, county or state roads, shall be limited to twenty-five miles per hour (25 m.p.h.)
(B) Speed limit signs shall be posted in significant places within the corporate limits advising members of the general public of the speed limit.
(C) The speed limit on Thomas More Parkway within the corporate limits of the city and Horse Branch Road within the corporate limits of the city are fixed at thirty-five miles per hour (35 m.p.h.)
