(A) Violation of this chapter is punishable by fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and each day a violation continues is a separate violation. Fines for repeat offenses as within one year of a violation of this chapter shall be increased to not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
(B) Violation of § 52.04 shall be punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first offense and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each subsequent offense.
