§ 38.01 PERSONNEL POLICIES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   The Personnel Policies attached to Ordinance 2014-10-02 as Exhibit A are hereby adopted in full as the Personnel Policies of the City of Crestview Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky, as if set out at length herein.

   (A)   A copy of the Personnel Policies shall at all times remain on file in the office of the City Administrator for the City of Crestview Hills, Kentucky.

   (B)   All previous versions of the Personnel Policies are hereby repealed and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
