§ 31.18 COMPENSATION.
   The annual salary of the Mayor is hereby established at the sum of six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) per year, payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments effective January 1, 2003. The annual salary of the Mayor shall be increased to six thousand four hundred dollars ($6,400) effective January 1, 2007.
