§ 72.28 PARKING CITATION APPEALS BOARD.
   All contested parking citations and impoundments shall be heard by the Crestview Hills City Parking Citation Appeals Board who is empowered to conduct such hearings pursuant to KRS 82.605 to 82.640. The Mayor shall appoint one (1) City Council member and two (2) citizen members to serve on this board.
