(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(b) The Law Director may bring proceedings at law or in equity to enforce the provisions of this chapter or to prevent a violation thereof.
