709.14 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS.

All things done herein by the applicant and/or permittee shall comply and conform with laws, rules and regulations of the State Fire Marshal. The bondsmen and his insurance company shall be liable for any damages arising out of the failure or neglect to comply therewith.
