In the event that a well is abandoned the owner or lessee shall notify the Safety-Service Director of such abandonment who shall cause the same to be indicated on the map provided at the time of the original application. All permittees shall be required to pull and/or plug a well site on abandonment as required by any rules or regulations promulgated by any department or division of the State relative to pulling and plugging of oil and/or gas wells.
