557.99 PENALTY.

Any owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of or responsibility for maintenance of the lots or lands within the Municipality who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 3259. Passed 10-5-20.)
