553.05 LIGHTING OF RAILROAD CROSSINGS.

(a) All railroad crossings or overpass within the Village shall be lighted by two 400-watt, mercury vapor lamps at each crossing and each overpass within Village limits from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
