(a) No person shall without permission enter on the land owned by the Village of Crestline and situated in Richland County.
(b) No person shall without permission remove timber, wood or other property of value from the real estate owned by the Village of Crestline in Richland County.
(c) (1) Any person violating subsection (a) hereof will be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for which the person may be fined, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(2) Any person violating subsection (b) hereof shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and may be sentenced to not more than thirty days and fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
