(a) The parking of any vehicle is prohibited on both sides of the following streets in the Municipality of Crestline.
Westgate Drive from W. Main Street to Wastewater Treatment Plant;
N. Thoman Street from W. Main Street to North Street; (
Parking of motor vehicles shall be permitted on the west side of North Thoman Street on Sundays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
N. Seltzer Street from W. Main Street to North Street;
N. Seltzer Street from first alley north of McMahon Street to north corporation line;
Bauer Court from E. Main Street to North Street;
Newton Street from South Street to E. Main Street;
Scott Street from Conrail underpass to first alley west of Pierce Street;
E. Bucyrus Street from Conrail tracks to Crestline Street;
S. Thoman Street from Livingstone Avenue to first alley south of Livingstone Avenue;
Bibich Court from S. Thoman Street to the west, including entire Circle;
Thoman Street from S.R. 61 overhead bridge to W. Main Street;
W. Main Street from west corporation line to Seltzer Street;
E. Main Street from Seltzer Street to County Line Road;
W. Bucyrus Street from Columbus Street east to the first set of Conrail tracks.
(b) The parking of any vehicle is prohibited on the north side of the following streets in the Village of Crestline:
North Street from Columbus Street to Seltzer Street;
William Street from Columbus Street to Seltzer Street;
Diamond Street from Columbus Street to Seltzer Street;
Thrush Avenue from Westgate Drive to Seltzer Street;
Bauer Avenue from S. Seltzer Street to Washington Avenue;
W. Bucyrus Street from Larwill Street to Columbus Street;
Union Street from Clink Blvd. to Columbus Street;
Cross Street from Wiley Street to Columbus Street.
(c) The parking of any vehicle is prohibited on the east side of the following streets in the Village of Crestline:
Gearhart Avenue from W. Main Street to Thrush Avenue;
Park Road from W. Main Street to Oldfield Road;
Clink Blvd. from W. Main Street north to the cul-de-sac;
Pearl Street from W. Main Street to Heiser Court;
Henry Street from W. Main Street to Heiser Court;
Columbus Street from W. Main Street to Heiser Court;
N. Thoman Street from North Street to Diamond Street;
N. Seltzer Street from North Street to first alley north of McMahon Street;
Crestline Street from William Street to N. Seltzer Street;
Bauer Court from North Street to Applewood;
Crestline Street from E. Bucyrus Street to Scott Street;
Pierce Street from E. Bucyrus Street to South Street;
Washington Avenue from E. Bucyrus Street to E. Main Street;
Newton Street from E. Bucyrus Street to E. Main Street;
High Street from E. Bucyrus Street to E. Main Street;
St. James Street from E. Bucyrus Street to North Street;
S. Seltzer Street from Livingston Avenue to Lincoln Avenue;
Cloverdale Avenue from Maynard Avenue to Cloverdale Avenue which runs east to west;
Park Road from W. Bucyrus Street to W. Main Street;
Clink Blvd. from the north island to W. Main Street;
Pearl Street from W. Bucyrus Street to W. Main Street;
Henry Street from W. Bucyrus Street to W. Main Street;
Columbus Street from W. Bucyrus Street to W. Main Street.
Wiley Street between Patterson Street and Arnold Street.
(d) The parking of any vehicle is prohibited on the south side of the following streets in the Village of Crestline:
North Street from N. Seltzer Street east to the Conrail tracks;
William Street from N. Seltzer Street to Crestline Street;
Diamond Street from N. Seltzer Street to Crestline Street;
Chambers Street from Park Road to Clink Blvd;
Northview Avenue from Henry Street to the east;
Thrush Avenue from N. Seltzer Street to Washington Avenue;
E. Bucyrus Street from Crestline Street to St. James Street;
Scott Street from first alley west of Pierce Street to County Line Road;
South Street from Pierce Street to County Line Road;
Etler Drive from S. Thoman Street to the east;
Maynard Avenue from S. Thoman Street to Cloverdale Avenue;
Cloverdale Avenue from Cloverdale Avenue which runs north to south to County Line Road;
Mansfield Street from Columbus Street to S.R. 61 Bridge;
Union Street from Columbus Street to Thoman Street.
North Street between Columbus Street and the north-south alley between Columbus Street and Thoman Street.
(e) The parking of any vehicle is prohibited on the west side of the following streets in the Village of Crestline:
Wiley Street from W. Main Street to Heiser Court;
Crestline Street from E. Bucyrus Street to the south;
Pierce Street from E. Bucyrus Street to the south;
Washington Avenue from E. Bucyrus Street south to the Conrail tracks;
Wiley Street from south corporation line north to the second set of Conrail tracks;
Washington Avenue from Livingston Avenue north to the Conrail tracks;
Clink Blvd. from W. Bucyrus Street to Union Street;
Wiley Street from W. Bucyrus Street to W. Main Street;
Henry Street from Mansfield Street to W. Bucyrus Street;
Columbus Street from Mansfield Street to W. Bucyrus Street.

(f) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
