(a) Residential requirements for the Village Administrator shall be within the City limits. (Ord. 2430. Passed 6-19-00.)
(b) (1) Residential requirements for Department Heads, Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief shall be within the Crestline exempted school district.
(2) The Police Chief shall reside within 15 miles of City limits.

(c) Residential requirements for members of the water, sewer, street and fire departments (except chief and assistant chief) shall be within 5 miles of the City limits.
(d) Residential requirements for members of the Police Department (except chief) and administrative staff shall be within Crawford County and contiguous counties.
