(a) The "Computer Usage Policy" attached to Ordinance 3280, is hereby adopted by the Village of Crestline Village Council.
(b) Prior to being issued any electronic devices, any Village elected official or employee shall be required to sign a copy of the attached "Computer Usage Policy" and the Village Administrator shall cause the original, signed document to be placed in the employee or elected official's personnel file.
(c) No computer, tablet or other electronic device with the ability to connect to the internet shall be issued to any Village elected official or employee without first obtaining a signed "Computer Usage Policy" form.
