515.01 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to protect the emergency services of the Police and Fire Department from misuse by responding to defective alarm systems and excessive false

alarms.

(b) The chapter governs and regulates alarm systems and alarm users. It establishes fees and provides penalties for violations and penalties for excessive false alarms.
