135.01 ESTABLISHED; POWERS AND DUTIES.

(a) A Recreation Board is hereby established to manage, control and operate the playgrounds, swimming pools, playfields and/or indoor recreation centers in the Municipality.

(b) Such Board shall have the powers and duties as set forth in Ohio R.C. 755.13.
