133.02 REUTILIZATION OF NONPRODUCTIVE LAND.

The City does hereby adopt and implement the procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 5722 to facilitate the effective reutilization of nonproductive land situated within its boundaries. (Ord. 2289. Passed 12-1-97.)
