133.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERS.

There is hereby established a Planning Commission consisting of five members consisting of the Mayor, the Director of Public Service, and three residents of the Municipality appointed by the Mayor who shall serve terms of six years, and perform the duties set forth in Ohio R.C. 713.01.
