182.013 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS.

The funds collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the General fund and such monies collected or on deposit from and after January 1, 2016, shall be disbursed in the following order:

(A) For the Income Tax Fund #220.000.41400 - 75%

(B) For the Police and Fire Levy Fund #210.000.49300 - 25%
