(a) The Clerk of this Council is directed to publish succinct summaries of all ordinances and resolutions adopted. The Law Director is hereby directed to prepare or approve each succinct summary before publication as provided by Ohio R.C. 731.21.
(b) The published notice shall advise that complete copies of all ordinances and resolutions adopted are available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk of Council during regular business hours.
(c) Notwithstanding the directive of subsection (a) hereof, Council may by a majority vote direct the Clerk of Council to publish any particular ordinance or resolution in its entirety.
