109.07 RECORDS NOT INFORMATION.
   The law of Ohio requires public records, not public information to be released. It does not require the creation of records that do not exist nor the interpretation of information in public records. City employees are directed to refrain from these activities and shall direct the inquirers for information rather than documents to the appropriate official, e.g., Safety Service Director, Auditor, Law Director, Police Chief, Fire Chief or Mayor.
