130.03 POSITION ESTABLISHED; DUTIES.

There is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer who shall perform the duties of the Clerk and the duties of the Treasurer as provided by law and such other duties consistent with the duties of the office as are provided by municipal ordinance.
