(a) No person shall plow, blow, push or otherwise place or deposit snow or ice onto any public land or easement or into any public street or onto any public sidewalk except for accumulations which are residuals of street or highway cleaning by the
Village
or other public authorities.
(b) No person shall deposit snow or ice removed from any driveway, parking area or sidewalk on a public street or highway, including a public sidewalk, or on any tree lawn in any public street except the tree lawn abutting the same premises from which the snow or ice was removed.
(c) No person shall plow, blow, push or otherwise deposit snow or ice onto the property of another without the permission of the owner or person entitled to possession.
(d) No person shall plow, blow, push or otherwise deposit snow or ice so as to obstruct access to or conceal or cover any fire hydrant.
(e) No person shall plow, blow, push or otherwise deposit snow or ice so as to obstruct the view from a street or highway within twenty (20) feet of any street or highway intersection.
(f) If the
Village Administrator
or his designee determines that snow or ice placed in violation of this section must be removed in order to protect the public safety, the violator shall be liable to the
Village
for the reasonable cost of removal.
(g) Whoever violates subsections (a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon a second or subsequent violation within one year of the first, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
