The Village Administrator shall have all powers and perform all duties as provided by law including Ohio R.C. 731.141, R.C. 735.273, all existing ordinances or resolutions of this Council including those which assigned duties or responsibilities to the City Safety-Service Director and all future ordinances or resolutions of this Council assigning duties or responsibilities to the Village Administrator. In addition, the Village Administrator shall be responsible under the Mayor for the general administration and supervision of the Village Police and Fire Departments.
