(a) The document entitled Municipality of Crestline, Crawford County, Ohio Electronic Mail, Internet, and Computer Use Policy, attached to Ordinance 2890 as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted. All employees of the Municipality who have access to personal, laptop, portable (i.e. Blackberry’s, Palm) or cellular telephones with text mail capacity owned or leased by this Municipality shall be provided with two (2) copies of this policy and shall promptly sign and return one copy to the Fiscal Officer.
(b) From and after the date that the above-described policy is signed by the employee, the employee shall be subject to its provisions.
