(a) Whoever violates any provision of the 2011 Ohio Fire Code as adopted by this chapter or fails to obey an order issued thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day on which an offense occurs or continues shall be deemed a separated offense.
(b) Nothing in subsection (a) hereof shall prevent the Municipality from pursuing any civil remedies open to it.
