For the purpose of this chapter, a swimming pool is defined as follows:
"Swimming pool" means any pool, pond or open tank not located within a completely enclosed building and containing or normally capable of containing water to a deapth at any point greater than one and one-half fee, and intended for use of swimming or wading by residents and their guests.
