The notice and order provided in Section 1333.02 shall be made against and served personally or by registered letter upon the owner, or person in charge, and upon the occupant, of the building structure or premises to which the order relates and shall contain or have attached thereto a copy of Section 1333.02. If the inspection, notice and order have been made and issued by the Fire Department such notice and order shall also contain or have attached thereto a copy of Ohio R.C. 3737.20.
