1321.99 PENALTY.

Any person, being the owner or agent of improved realty, subject to the provisions of this chapter, who fails to annually obtain from the Building Department a Certificate of Registration of Rental Property or a Certificate of Inspection as stipulated in this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
