Any person, firm, company or corporation has the right to appeal any decision of the City relating to any provisions of the Residential Building Code. Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the Residential Building Code may do so by filing a written appeal to the City’s Residential Board of Building Appeals. All Commercial Building Code appeals shall be to the Ohio Board of Building Appeals, in accordance with the Ohio Building Code.
