(a) A recommencement fee is hereby established for water and sewer service that has been discontinued. The recommencement fee shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) multiplied by the number of months since last usage, but not to exceed twelve months.
(b) This section shall take effect on May 1, 1993.
(c) The Safety-Service Director is authorized to make adjustments to the fees set forth in this section in order to avoid hardships.
