(a) The Municipality reserves the right to discontinue water service to consumers outside the corporation at any time, should they deem it necessary to conserve water for consumers within the corporation.
(b) Any new lines in new subdivisions or parts thereof, must have nothing less than six-inch cast iron water lines or larger.
