925.07 WATER SERVICES AND FEES.
   Property owners, consumers or their authorized agents, desiring a water service connection laid from the main line to the curb box, shall make application for such service to the Village Administrator or his authorized agent and pay a fee in accordance with the following:
   (a)   A capacity charge of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) shall be made for any repair or replacement for existing water service, inside the corporation, up to and including a three-fourth inch tap size.

   (b)   The charge for any connection, inside the corporation, greater than three-fourths inch tap size shall be the actual cost of the labor and materials to install a corporation cock, service line from the main to curb stop, curb stop, curb box and meter with outside reader.    (c)   A replacement capacity charge of one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400.00) shall be made for any existing municipal service, outside the corporation, up to and including a three-fourths inch tap size.

   (d)   The charge for any connection, outside the corporation, greater than a three-fourths inch tap size shall be the actual cost of the labor and materials plus twenty-five percent (25%). (Ord. 1804. Passed 2-5-90.)
   (e)   A capacity charge provided in (a) or (c) above and a tap fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each new additional water service connection calculated to cover the Village’s reasonable and necessary costs of labor, equipment use and materials necessary to install a tap and increased demands on the municipal water distribution system. The tap fee will be calculated considering the installation of a Village cock, service line from the main to curb stop, curb stop, curb box, and meter with outside reader. (Ord. 3139. Passed 3-14-16.)
