921.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter except Section 921.19 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Sections 921.19 or 921.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (Ord. 2631. Passed 11-8-04.)
