(a) No person, firm or corporation shall move any building within the Municipality without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Safety-Service Director.
(b) If moving a building requires the building to pass over, upon or across a public street or highway, the fee for a permit shall be as provided for in Section 1329.01(d) of the Building Code.
