(a) All driveways constructed in the Municipality, leading from an improved street to property shall be of uniform width and construction.
(b) Driveways shall be not less than sixteen feet wide at the curb, and shall be constructed to the lot line. The plans, specifications prepared by the Municipal Engineer relative to the construction of driveways is hereby accepted and adopted as plans for the construction of such driveways.
(c) Before a driveway is started a permit shall be secured from the Safety-Service Director or his representative to cut the curb and a deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be required. Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) of such deposit shall be returned when the Director has examined the driveway and found it to be in accordance with plans and specifications adopted by Council.
