(a) A permit holder shall haul all materials picked up in a covered, leakproof truck and shall further abide by all regulations of the State, County or Health District and shall abide by any agreements the Municipality may enter into pertaining to land fills or other matters covered by this chapter.
(b) A permit holder shall not pick up or haul any garbage, refuse or trash to the Crawford County Landfill after April 1, 1991, which has not had the required percentages of recyclable items separated from the remainder of the trash, garbage, or similar material to such extent as to satisfy the requirements of Crawford County in its operation of the landfill.
(c) No permit holder shall charge a fee in addition to the fee set forth in Section 721.07.
(d) A permit holder may require the separation of certain recyclable items from non-recyclable items by fixing guidelines for the customer for recycling subject to the approval of the Village Administrator.
