(a) For a violation of this chapter or any State, Municipal or County regulation pertaining to collecting and disposing of sewage, ashes, animal and vegetable refuse, garbage, dead animals, animal offal and trash or other just cause any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked.
(b) No permit shall be revoked except by a majority of Council after the permit holder has been notified of the alleged reasons for such action and two regular Council meetings have passed at which time the permit holder will be given an opportunity to resist such actions.
