§ 37.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 37.01 through 37.03 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and, in default of payment, shall be imprisoned for a term not to exceed five days.
