(A) All requests for the usage of borough property for any non-municipal purpose shall be submitted in writing to the borough at least one month prior to the planned event on the attached application made available by the borough.
(B) Once the borough has received the written request, Council will consider the proposed use and shall notify the applicant in writing of its decision.
(C) The applicant shall submit proof of insurance to the borough naming the borough as an insured on said insurance. The liability coverage shall be in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
(D) No alcohol shall be permitted upon borough property at any time.
(E) No drugs shall be permitted upon borough property at any time.
(F) No gambling shall be permitted upon borough property at any time.
(G) Any minors (individuals less than 18 years of age) shall be under the direct supervision of adults.
(H) Signage for approved activities shall be informative and of a professional nature.
(I) The applicant shall be responsible to see that all rubbish and debris is removed from the borough property at the completion of the scheduled event/usage.
(J) Borough Council shall have the right to amend this subchapter at any time.
(K) The Borough Council shall have a right to deny future permission to use borough property if Council finds that an applicant has previously violated the provisions of this subchapter.
