§ 37.40 COMPENSATION.
   This subchapter shall be construed liberally to accomplish its purpose to compensate and/or reimburse the aforesaid Cressona Fire Company No. 1 and/or Goodwill Fire Company from the insurance proceeds for costs and/or expenses incurred while providing services in fighting fires or similar hazards.
