The borough shall post and update the following information in a conspicuous location in the municipal building and on the borough’s web page should the borough create one:
(A) Contact information for the Open Records Officer;
(B) Contact information for the state’s Office of Public Records or other applicable appeals officer;
(C) Contact information for the County District Attorney’s office;
(D) A form which is to be used to file a request; and
(E) A copy of this subchapter.
