   (A)   On corner lots, the side yard abutting the street shall be the same width as the depth of the required front yard.
   (B)   No building shall exceed two and one-half stories or 35 feet in height unless additional yard areas are provided. Front yards must be increased by five feet for each story over two and side and rear yards must be increased by two and two and one-half feet for each story over two.
   (C)   Accessory structures regulations.
      (1)   Setback requirements:
         (a)   Rear yard: five feet; and
         (b)   Side yard: one and one-half feet.
      (2)   Height limitations: maximum height: one story (maximum 20 feet).
      (3)   Prohibited: in front yard or on a side yard of a corner lot (only side yard abutting other street).
