(A) On corner lots, the side yard abutting the street shall be the same as the depth of the required front yard.
(B) No building shall exceed two and one-half stories or 35 feet in height unless permitted as a special exception.
(C) Accessory structure regulations.
(1) Setback requirements:
(a) Rear yard: five feet; and
(b) Side yard: one and one-half feet.
(2) Height limitations: maximum height: one story (maximum 20 feet).
(3) Prohibited: in front yard on a side yard of a corner lot (only side yard abutting other street).
