§ 155.295 APPEALS FROM THE ZONING HEARING BOARD.
   Any person or persons, or any body or bureau of the borough aggrieved by any decision of the Zoning Hearing Board may file an appeal to said decision in the manner provided by the laws of the Commonwealth and those applicable provisions in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247, being 53 P.S. §§ 10101 et seq., as amended.
