§ 35.21 FILING OF CERTIFIED COPY.
   A duly certified copy of this subchapter and the referenced agreement shall be filed with the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System of the Commonwealth. Membership for the municipal employees of the borough in the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System shall be effective January 1, 1988, with the revised plan structure reflected in the agreement dated August 2, 2004, effective January 1, 2005.
